How we work out your price

Pricing is per employee, so it depends on a few things you can tell us in a minute:

  • Headcount: how many employees you pay each month.
  • Countries: which of Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania and Rwanda you employ people in.
  • Pay frequency: monthly, or more often.
  • Extras: leave management, custom reports or an SLA, if you need them.

Can I test OurPay before I commit?

Yes. A parallel run is free: we run one cycle alongside your current payroll and you compare the results side by side. You are not asked to switch anything.

Which plan should I choose?

Starter suits up to 50 employees in one country. Growth suits 51 to 200 employees across up to four countries. Scale is for 200 or more employees in all four countries. If you are near a boundary, we will advise on the better fit.

Is there anything I still do myself?

You send each month's changes (hours, starters, leavers) and approve the run. We handle the calculation, review, filing and payslips. See how it works.
